How does payment work?

Online payment gateways are intentionally deferred in this phase. Payment is completed directly upon delivery or pickup handover (Cash on Delivery / Direct Handover) after you inspect the device.

What if a phone is misrepresented?

Every seller is required to disclose scratches, battery health, and repair history. If a device has undisclosed defects upon arrival, you have the right to refuse the delivery or reject the pickup handover without obligation.

How does order reservation work?

When you place an order, our database locks the single-unit listing into a reserved status. No other buyer can purchase it while your order is active.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Buyers can cancel pending orders directly from the "My Orders" page prior to dispatch. When cancelled, the reservation is released back to the marketplace immediately.
